Ms. Bilyana Anderson began serving as Proxy Assistant Secretary of the Navy promotion Ship Programs in September In that role, she is responsible for
heed oversight of all naval shipbuilding programs, major ship conversions, and the reconstruction and disposal of in-service ships. She is also responsible
